@waitrose Thanks for your reply. If you look at the reviews, other customers share the same opinion. It's not that my specific purchase was off, but rather your new recipe.

@waitrose what have you done to your Ardennes pate? The new recipe (apart from another price hike) is almost inedible ~£2.50 are going in the bin. It used to be the best one available in any shop, now even aldi or lidl are more palatable.

Dear @waitrose my parents loved going to your cafe, the food was great,then leave my dad to read the paper whilst I help my mum shop! Our shopping & lunch PW is about £200 between us, but as you've cut your cafe food to grim & cheap,we've decided to cut our contribution to zero!

Feeling very foolish and can only apologise to the lovely people @waitrose just received my delivery only to discover that because Waitrose only received one platter of sandwiches they sent me sufficient individual sandwiches to make up a platter but only charged me for one.

@waitrose Please explain how one ham and cheese sandwich is a fair substitute for a party selection platter of sandwiches!!!! The platter was ordered weeks ago and yet it takes you to the delivery day to announce that they're not available.

This again! Happens at every @waitrose store recently. Staff more concerned with card only self service tills whilst us cash payers have to stand here completely neglected like second class customers ⌚️😡 #Twyford

@waitrose Recycle how please? No point saying ‘Recycle’ ♻️ on sandwich packaging without stating what as. Is it paper and card, even though it has a plastic lining?

Bloody hell, yet again. Tried to buy more plants off @waitrose garden and exactly the same thing happened. Got to checkout and the page froze. When I refreshed it, the basket was empty 🥺🥺🥺

@waitrose Absolutely disgusting service, happy to take an order for sandwich platters and party food, but then to message at 6am the day of my fathers funeral to say the sandwiches wouldn’t be delivered. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful, should have gone to Marks & Spencer.

I find @Moreincommon_ & @LukeTryl a good insight into the UK; but nothing beats first-hand experience: fourth day in a row 3 out of 4 @waitrose coffee machines out of order, and inevitably the 4th failed today, with a queue turned away. The truest sign of national decline.
