I attended the weekly protest for Palestine/Lebanon this afternoon and evening in Ottawa, and I’m trying to make sense of the level of police brutality and repression I saw with my own eyes. I’m still processing, but what happened tonight was a display of fascist violence.

Today, I saw a Palestinian baby die of malnutrition, the crushed body of a man flattened after an Israeli bulldozer ran over him, people running in desperation to get food, and Israeli forces open fire on the people they’ve starved to massacre them. Every day is more horrors.
