🚰allow up to 5 homes on any lot w/ utilities (3 w/out), 📐eliminate minimum lot size requirements, &

Salem's zoning requires 1.5 parking spaces for every new home built despite the fact that 60% of residents own 1 car or less. Today, Salem Mayor @dspangallo filed an ordinance to eliminate minimum parking requirements that destroy our urban fabric & increase the cost of housing.
