Hi there, apologies for the issue here. Your funds certainly aren't being held "hostage". You had a previous account locked for AML concerns, which triggered a review of the account you are referencing in this post. When asked about the previous account you denied it's existence, even though it shares a very similar display name and email (amongst other internal data points). At this time the account is under review for the aforementioned reason. However, I can see from the open ticket this wasn't clearly communicated, apologies for that! We'll share an update with you via the ticket today (if all goes well). Let us know via the ticket if there's any questions in the meantime and we'll gladly assist.
