The front three next game should be Cunha – Sesko – Mbeumo.
Amad is decent, he takes players on, he works hard, and he can influence the tempo of a game in his own way. He’s really good in many things.
But what he doesn’t bring consistently is the one thing that matters most in the final third: EFFICIENCY.
Mbeumo needed only a couple of minutes on Amad’s side to register an assist last night.
Meanwhile, Amad’s last assist came back in November. He has also created only 1 Big Chance in his last 10 league games. All season? Only 5 big chances created.
He isn’t creating enough, he isn’t scoring enough, and many times the final decision in key moments is the wrong one. I think it’s time his role changed a bit.
There’s nothing wrong with him sitting on the bench for a couple of games. Cunha has had to do it too. Competition is healthy.
Sesko has 4 goals in his last 5 appearances. Why should he be the one benched? Mbeumo has 4 goal contributions in his last 5 games. Why should he be pushed out of position?
A change in that front 3 is a MUST. You need to REWARD players who are delivering.

I left the office in haste, for the lift. I was going to meet the President for lunch. At the lift, I met this old jovial Asian lady. She should be about 70 years young, in my estimation.
I said to her, “good afternoon, beautiful?” She brightened and looked up. I am definitely twice her height. “Is the lift going down?” She asked me. “which floor are you alighting?” I asked. “Ground Floor, please press for me”, she responded.
I put my foot on the floor of the door at the Ground Floor to allow her alight. “I sell insurance. Actually, for NCBA. Can I have your card?” she asked. “No. I do not have a card but I am the only Advocate on the Third Floor. I bank and insure with NCBA. Visit me when you are next here.”
I maintained my foot on the door for two minutes as she looked for a place to write. I decided to come to her aid and alighted with her despite the fact that my cab was on Basement One. I picked a book from her bag and wrote, “The lovely, tall, dark and handsome, Nelson Havi” and ran down to Basement One.
As the cab climbed the ramp, I saw her. I stopped and saved her number. I told her, I must buy insurance from her because she is a determined hard working, young lady.
In the cab, I told Steve that if a 70 years young lady can be so dedicated to working why should 20 to 40 years old not work. Anyway, let me wait for the President. He said he is running late. I told him to just walk. He will find me here.

@UtdForever7 @ManUtd @premierleague Paul Merson very wrong about end-to-end football.. that is where Man utd thrives & Arsenal tried it after going 1-0 up and well u all know what happened
English

🚨🗣️ Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson makes United vs Arsenal prediction:
"United have got to stay in the game as long as they can. I think the longer it goes, it goes to 20 minutes, 30, 40, half-time and into the second half, you know Arsenal will start panicking because they are only going to be four points above Man City probably by the time that game kicks off."
"Man City won [against Wolves on Saturday] so pressure is on Arsenal. So they just have to stay in the game. I don’t think they want to get into an end-to-end football match, but if they do, I think there is only one winner and that will be Arsenal." #MUFC

Ndindi Nyoro fvcked the country by overseeing borrowing of illegal colossal debt during Uhuru regime and in Ruto regime as the chair of budget and appropriations committee. How can he suddenly become clever? Mbona mnatupima bhangi? He even advised wanjohi to suspend the constitution to deal with Raila.

@UtdBloke_ What Amorim what's to achieve is to end that nonsense that some players r more important for the team such that if they r not there the team cannot perform well. He wants the system to function perfectly irrespective of the players playing

@morarakebaso The vampire diaries thing was very impactful n eye-opening, it would have gone a long way in changing people's perspectives on their leaders. Unfortunately it ended prematurely. It would have gone on to be bigger than jicho pevu n the likes of Allan Namu

All these years I knew that the problem in Kenya is incompetent, corrupt leadership. When I went into politics my mission was to expose this poor leadership, weaken it and replace it at the ballot with competent leaders of integrity.
I was truly heartbroken to discover that the real problem is the people. I have not healed or recovered from that heartbreak. Kenyans can happily vote and validate a corrupt crook as long as he is from their tribe.
I had alot of hope that the youth will change this sad reality. Until I saw the youth also rallying behind tribalism. It started dawning on me that the youth would rather stay disorganized than have any of them organize something. They don’t want to grow any leaders from among them and whatever they grow they must destroy shortly thereafter.
We pull each other down infront of a ruthless enemy who is happy to avoid destroying us and instead let us destroy each other until none is left.
I stepped aside from politics for clarity. I needed to start seeing things differently and find a new purpose or a new reason to participate in politics. I haven’t found that purpose or new reason yet. My family would love to see me carry the torch of Hon George Morara the late and Senator Kebaso the late, but I also have a life of my own and important goals to pursue for myself.
I see opportunities here and there but I am not an opportunist neither do I do leadership for purposes of wealth accumulation. I have a firm belief that business people actually make more money than politicians. Therefore money shouldn’t be a motivation for participation in politics.
Soon I will find myself but If I don’t, I will gladly observe and comment where necessary for entertainment or educative purposes.

@RobertAlai Uhuru had the right idea in bringing in Badi to manage Nairobi metropolitan. Indeed Nairobi as a county is something that needs rethinking bcoz it cannot work as so
English

Regarding the Nairobi governorship, as someone who has now experienced the executive and the assembly and, at least, understands it, I think we are missing the point.
I disagree with the President. The problem with Nairobi isn't a lack of money. It has never been a lack of money. Nairobi generates enough revenue to fund not only its operations but also to loan to other counties within the metropolis.
Nairobi's main problem is the dominance of political parties and the belief that it is a going concern that should be exploited quickly, as everyone belongs elsewhere and not in Nairobi. We don't treat Nairobi as the special city it is to the country.
Nairobi lacks dedicated and visionary leadership. It doesn't need the panga-wielding, cocaine or even the pouch-tobacco addicts who now manage it.
Nairobi needs someone who can visualise the city in the next 100 years, understand its cosmopolitan composition, and recognise that it can't be treated as an ethnic enclave or trophy that the Luos, Luhyas, Kikuyu, Maasai, or any ethnic community must conquer and dominate at the exclusion of everyone else.
Nairobi Governor MUST be someone who can run the United Nations. Must be someone who can sit in the cabinet and provide clarity of vision and policy away from the ethnicised mindset common in our politics.
Moses Kuria, Babu Owino, Johnson Sakaja, etc, are not going to help Sakaja whether you elect them to punish Alai, Ruto, Raila or whoever. You elected Sakaja because he had dimples. Now you want to elect Babu Owino because he can shout Tibim and Tialala and think that you are sorting the Nairobi problem?
Why do we mess with the city?

@UtdKev8 Play Sessko-Mbeumo-Bruno, Dorgu-Case-Mainoo-Amad/Mazroui, Yoro-Delight-Maguire. We dominate n win.
