@nduru_sam54350 40,000 a month. Oh no. Its 100,000 a month
English

@MoraraKebaso Kenya is the only country where you pay Ksh 20 Million for a basic car, just to spend another Ksh 40,000 a month on fuel to keep it moving.
English

My business partner gave me a ride in his car. For an equivalent of Ksh 10 Million which is half the price of my toyota, you can get a Huawei Aito SUV. Self driving self parking. You call it with your phone and it comes over to where you are standing. So, we are spending more for less technology and comfort. Don’t forget that this car is hybrid electric and fuel. When he uses electricity alone his cost per month is 150 Yuan per month which is around Ksh 2,800. So we pay more and then spend even more.

Nowadays I try to restrain myself from advising anyone on anything. I could advice you on marriage then tomorrow mine fails and you laugh at me and say “ona haka kalikua kanajifanya kajuaji na ma-advise zake mingi”
I might advice you about money and success then tomorrow am hustling for fare back to shags hata briefcase ya nguo sina, auctioneer amechukua.
In this life we pray for the best but there is no guarantee that the best will happen. Sometimes the worst happens and there is nothing you can do about it.
True legends are those that rise above the things that can decay or be stolen. They rise into things that money cannot buy or replace. Those are the true legends.
Love, compassion, commitment, sacrifice, responsibility, reputation, legacy.
Child of a woman, listen, don’t chase leather, gold, concrete, tickets, drinks or cotton paper with portraits and numbers to the grave. Something better is out there. You need to look deeper to see.
And if I fail before you laugh, remember i tried. Am a legend for trying. You should also try.

@MuriukiMaina8 Hire professionals to fix it. They have smart ideas of how you can modify a mistake until it looks like it was an intended artistic outcome of a design

@MoraraKebaso Point blank. I am a victim. used 7 million but the house didn't come up the way I could have wanted. My friend told me to accept and move on just the way one's accept you have a chronic disease and there's nothing you can do
English

Let me give you some advice. If you are building anything that will cost you more than 1 million Kenya shillings, please hire professionals. Please please am begging you. Hold your ear like this.👂Stop being the architect and structural engineer of your own building. There is more mathematics that goes into what you see than you think. Now some of you have beautiful houses with paint that is peeling. Some of you have bathrooms where water does not drain into the hole#. Some of you have business buildings where the support beam is right in the middle blocking the doorway. Some of you have rental apartments where I cannot pack a car even with magic. Some of you have staircases that are designed like a death trap. Some of you have toilets that bring all the dirt and smell back into the room. Please hire professionals. An architect, a structural engineer, a quantity surveyor, a professional plumber not an apprentice, a professional electrician not kawaya. Stop spending too much money building rubbish. In any case most of you end up spending more than those who hire professionals. You go to Karen you find very poorly constructed houses you wonder surely, land costs 80 million here, are you completely unable to hire a professional or you just think its a waste of money?
I am a lawyer. But there is no day I will ever represent myself in court or in drafting a contract. I hire a third eye. The individual must not be a relative or a friend doing me a favour. He or she must do a cutthroat straight perfect job and get paid reasonably for it.

Listen oh child of a woman
Today, let me talk about business and politics. Its dangerous for a business person to comment on politics. I have learnt the hard way.
In a mature democracy. An entrepreneur can criticize the government and still survive because the law is solid in the protection of rights and freedoms and the people of that country are committed enough to protect free speech without consequences.
In an african country where the people worship tribalism and vote for the most corrupt person from their tribe you need to be careful.
Remember there is a thin line between bravery and foolishness. Swimming in a deep river to cross to the other side is bravery. But swimming across the river knowing there are crocodiles but hoping that they are asleep by now is foolishness.
The most dangerous thing you will face in Kenya is not the politicians, its the foolish voters that elect them. You need to fear those ones. Because today you might blow the whistle on how money is being stolen at Kenya Railways Corporation then the interdicted MD runs for governor and the idiots elect him. Now you have a bigger enemy who has been empowered by the people you thought you were protecting so that he can finish you completely.
Walk carefully child of a woman. Until you are sure civic education has sunk in. Walk carefully.
Should Kenya be a democracy, I don’t think so. Its not wise to let everyone vote.

Some things will take me forever to understand. Why does a 1 and a half hour flight from Nairobi to Dar Es Salaam cost Ksh. 40,000 to Ksh 50,000 yet a 24 hour flight from Nairobi to China is Ksh 75,000. What exactly is going on?
Why does accomodation for one night at a four star hotel in Kenya cost Ksh 20,000 yet in China a four star hotel is Ksh 5,000 per night?
Why do borrowers in Kenya pay an interest rate of 18% to 22% for loans yet in China the interest rate is 3%. How will a kenyan company that is borrowing to expand its manufacturing technology or equipment compete with a chinese company that is borrowing 1 billion dollars at 3%?
English

A partnership to improve the technology of our manufacturing with high precision equipment and software. Ladies and gentlemen the next time i make a sofa set or coffee table for you, your jaws will drop with wow😍
Whoever said the chinese are short was wrong. I am tall. But this one is taller.

English

When the government was building markets. This was the idea. But because we are so indisciplined we must sell on the side of the road even when its dangerous and unhygienic. Some problems are not government problems or politician problems. Look inward and ask yourself, do you want Kenya to be a first class country? are you a first class citizen? Are you a useful voter or just tribal joker with a voters card who confirms that democracy is a mistake? How is it that every time you are disappointed with a politician you gravitate towards a worse one to solve the problem.
