We learned a lot about Texas DH and home-run hitter Josh Livingston after the walk-off win today. Jim Schlossnagle called him one of the hardest workers on the team, but that's far from his most interesting trait. He's a self-proclaimed 'closeted Swiftie', having changed his walk-up song from Morgan Wallen to Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood' this weekend. Two home runs and his best weekend as a Horn yet, it's safe to say it worked. A couple of years ago, his buddy in the batting cage introduced him to the song, and since then Livingston has leaned on Swift to spark more offensive production over the years. Livingston owns a Taylor Swift shirt, though roommate Casey Borba had no idea of this fandom or the T-Shirt. We'll see how the team responds to that. His favorite songs are Speak Now, Enchanted and Long Live. Speak Now is his favorite era. I have a feeling Taylor is here to stay for the Longhorns, as is the mustache revolution.
