@xaxurro to be honest this was a long time coming, the lighting engine was so dogshit back in 1.19? 1.20? that the game was almost unplayable on low end devices without the starlight mod it's good to see something objectively and uncontestably positive coming from these updates

im not sure if anyone has brought it up, but if you think about it, the alpha and beta sessions in homestuck having issues makes perfect sense compared to the trolls session the alpha and beta kids are playing what are essentially unfinished versions of the game! 🧵

@codeHusky i share these concerns. it pisses me off seeing so much ai adoption, both in general, especially in modding, and there's no way in hell this could result in a positive thing for modrinth we need a forgejo for mods so these people get a little less comfortable playing entrepeneur.
