Hvordan undgår i andre at tankemylder ved sengetid betyder flere timer før man falder i søvn? Det behøver ikke være alvorlige bekymringer men blot tanker om arbejde, ferieplanlægning, hverdagslogistik og handymanprojekter. I nat sov jeg seriøst ikke for 2-3-tiden.
