Should I do a live stream tomorrow to talk about Composer 2 and new Cursor updates? Lmk what questions I can answer or demos to show.

@Plague_FPS I tell the agent what to do. The agent does it. If I'm confused or unsure, I ask the agent questions until I understand.

@kentcdodds Be honest with me Kent, I've been avoiding Cloudflare for two reasons: - Wrapping my head around the WorkerD runtime and its limitations - Config hell How real are these problems, did you face them, and if so, what was the learning curve like?

The Cloudflare platform is enabling me to quickly build things I wanted to before but I didn't because it was too much work before.

@ephraimduncan @drevantonder It's not much different than our ACP support. Folks are still paying for Cursor, they can bring whatever UI they want: JetBrains, Neovim, et al

Composer 2 marks the one-year anniversary of our large model training efforts. Since then, we've built an exceptionally talent-dense team of ~40 people with some of the best researchers and engineers from the labs, academia, industry, and more heterogeneous backgrounds. And we are exclusively focused on coding. We don't care about models that can respond to emails, do your tax returns, or be your friend. Every FLOP, token, parameter, and researcher is entirely dedicated to software engineering.

Vector search emails with natural language! Crazy how much of the Cloudflare stack this service is using. DO, D1, KV, Workers, Vectorize, Turnstile, R2, Workers AI, Gateway + more. By far the best though... Dynamic Worker Loaders. AI generates code and runs it in a secure sandbox INSIDE my existing Worker without needing an actual VM sandbox. More public access next week – small test group is stress testing it right now :)

Oh, and it supports saving code snippets it writes as "skills" for things that are reasonably reusable or I want it to do again and again. Very excited about the potential here.

🔥 Oh here we go! I've built a personal assistant agent that works in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, anywhere that supports MCP. I just asked claude (in the browser, not claude code) to create a github issue on my project and then fire off a cursor cloud agent to solve it.

Lately, whenever I open this app and see the latest tricks, and hacks, and notes, and workflows, and spec here and skill there, I can't help but think: All of this will be washed away by the models. Every Markdown file that's precious to you right now will be gone.

100% This is why I think it would be futile for me to teach you coding workflows. By the time I've put together good material, everything's already changed. Durable skills (product sense) are what you should be working on and that's what I'm teaching next.
