Sorry to burst peoples bubble here but conference tournaments held on campus aren’t done out of “fairness”. They’re mostly done by smaller conferences to l make money they couldn’t at a neutral site. They’re really least “fair” of all since one fan base gets majority of tickets

I’m just struck by how people outside here take for granted 7-8K showing up at a women’s conference basketball tournament. That UNLV home semi yesterday? 900 in attendance. 2K last they hosted a title game in 24
BTW NDSU people who did come were loud. D2 era 4K come down easy

@IceBorg @HiffDave Its a home court advantage for those teams whose fans have the dedication to buy tickets and show up. 4k more Bizon fans would make it very close to equal. Put your money where your mouth is and pull out the credit card like Jacks fans have for years

@IceBorg I was there and according to one of your pictures I sat directly below you. White NDSU hat. SF is an excellent place for the tournament and all SDSU fans around me were great. Props to the blue for filling up the arena. Makes a great atmosphere. Now we just got to beat you once.

@DomIzzoWDAY For me "too far away" takes into account taking my kids out of school for two days and missing their own games, practices, concert, teacher conferences. If it was close, they'd miss a 1/2 day of school and make all their obligations. Football championship can be a weekend trip
