That’s exactly what Bill S376 (adding a new law) does and it grows state government power over this path. Interesting bill. Read it. The SC legislature has Republican super majorities in both chambers. Yet, we allow liberals to chair subcommittees that help write the budget and we draw congressional districts to exclusively protect Democrats.
