Very close friends Jamahl Mosley and JB Bickerstaff said they wouldn’t talk during the series, the only time they don’t talk all year. But before tip, Mosley waited at halfcourt so the two coaches could give each other a Game 7 hug.

I got a text about this asking why Is it because Joel is injured or the Knicks are much better? This is essentially a schedule loss for the Sixers Emotional game 7 with one day off which is really a travel day against a Knicks team off rest at home

Not going to lie the Knicks favored by 7.5 gm1 is surprising to me. Sixers at full health is a legit EC contender and they crushed the Knicks in NY during the regular season in the one game Embiid played at MSG. I know Knicks rest advantage plays a role here but seems a tad inflated

From pure “Knicks-chances” perspective, tonight’s game is a big reason why before getting to Xs and Os. Hard to imagine Embiid/PG grinding through 7 more physical playoff games at high level if I’m being honest. I hope they do! But certainly goes into calculus.
