"Consent Based Transfer" संसद में 2 फरवरी 2026 को राज्यसभा सांसद राधा मोहन दास अग्रवाल ने जो सवाल उठाया, वो हर डिजिटल यूज़र को सोचने पर मजबूर कर देता है। MP राधा मोहन ने वित्त मंत्री को संबोधित करते हुए UPI पेमेंट सिस्टम की एक गंभीर खामी पर सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने कहा कि "यूपीआई के पेमेंट सिस्टम में कोई भी भारतीय नागरिक किसी भी दूसरे नागरिक के अकाउंट में बिना उसकी जानकारी या उसकी सहमति या अनुमति के पैसा ट्रांसफर कर सकता है।" ऐसी स्थिति में यदि पैसा भेजने वाला किसी गैरकानूनी अपराधिक गतिविधियों में लिप्त हो तो क्या पैसा पाने वाले की भी आर्थिक गैरकानूनी गतिविधि में हिस्सेदारी तय हो जाएगी? आपने जब आठ देशों से इस प्रावधान को जोड़ दिया, भूटान, फ्रांस, मारिसस, नेपाल, कतर, सिंगापुर, श्रीलंका और यूएई तो मारिसस जैसे देश में बैठा हुआ कोई भी व्यक्ति अगर किसी भारतीय नागरिक के अकाउंट में पैसा भेज दे, भारतीय नागरिक को पता भी ना हो, बाद में वह अकाउंट पकड़ा जाए, और क्योंकि भारतीय नागरिक के अकाउंट में पैसा आया हुआ है, इसलिए उसे भी इस भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त मान लिया जाएगा? क्या सरकार यूपीआई के इस पैसे ट्रांसफर के सिस्टम में यह प्रावधान लाने का निर्णय लेगी कि किसी भी व्यक्ति के अकाउंट में उसकी सहमति या उसकी जानकारी के बिना पैसा ट्रांसफर ना किया जा सके?" राधा मोहन दास अग्रवाल भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) से राज्यसभा सांसद हैं।

This leads to more problem tha solution. A corrupt person uses this mechanism against a genuine person to ensure he gets entangled in jails and courts. A criminal can buy the dates easily to ensure his case is looked at priority. He uses money/power to silence police/evidence.

Indian judiciary is highly incompetent. To hide this incompetency, they use the delay mechanism. To ensure that a genuine criminal does not go free, they give so many dates that the person spends tha maximum sentence either is jail or in courts.

Within seconds, a few random simps men gathered not to check facts, not to help but to gang up, threaten, and turn it into a spectacle. Even the traffic police tried to intervene, but the noise was louder than the truth. In the end, my uncle paid ₹500 and left. Not because he was guilty. Because on Indian roads, the one who creates chaos, builds a crowd, and shouts the loudest gets away while the one who stays calm pays the price.

A shocking @letsblinkit experience. I have had a very poor experience with a @letsblinkit delivery today. I had ordered a @RockWithboAt AIRDOPES 301 this morning for delivery at National Media Centre, Gurugram. The package containing two mugs and earphones was delivered by Akram after my daughter gave him the OTP. He handed over the package and left. On opening the two boxes while the mugs were intact the AIRDOPES 301 box turned out to be empty. I called the delivery guy though the @letsblinkit app. Two full rings went unanswered. I lodged the complaint through their automated response system. Sent pictures and a video. An executive Fariha came online on the app chat. I explained everything, shared pics and video. After a long to & fro on the chat she informed me that their investigation had told them that since the delivery was made after giving the delivery person Akram the OTP received and the package had been received by us their responsibility was over. They could not do anything. I explained that my daughter had just received the package from him and we opened it inside the house after he had left promptly. She said that receiving the package after giving OTP meant the package had been opened in the presence of the delivery person and found satisfactory. This we have never done nor were we aware of it. And like most of people like us we have ordered hundreds of things from @letsblinkit. This particular delivery itself was the third Blinkit order this morning. Nothing like this has ever happened with us though we all have heard and read about such things happening The long chat with a very polite and officious Fariha was a waste. She kept saying they had ‘investigated’ the issue and didn’t find any fault with their delivery person or the system. Therefore, she could do nothing. I attach the pictures and parts of the chat. There’s a lesson for everyone here, including us. Never receive a delivery from any company without opening it in the presence of the delivery person. The normal practice of just taking the package and opening it inside the house after the delivery person has left could result in a loss. I am hoping @letsblinkit will respond to my complaint on this platform. We like their service. Mistakes happen even in good systems and organisations. I don’t want this company to get a bad name. Provided they own up and make amends.

Translating it for the benefit of others on X — *Complaint to BDO Costs Youth Dearly* ROHTAS: A case of alleged high-handedness and assault by a Block Development Officer (BDO) has surfaced at the Karakat Block Headquarters in Godari. According to reports, Vikas Kumar, son of Kameshwar Singh and a resident of Suggibal, had been making rounds of the block office to restore the discontinued pension of his grandmother, Asharfi Devi (widow of the late Sitaram Singh). It is alleged that an employee in the Social Security Cell demanded a bribe of ₹1,000 to process the request. Vikas went to the office of BDO Rahul Kumar to complain about the bribery demand. However, before he could fully present his case, the BDO reportedly grabbed him by the collar and beat him severely. It is further alleged that the BDO then incited other government employees to join in the assault. The victim sustained serious injuries, with witnesses reporting that his eyes were bleeding. Following the incident, BDO Rahul Kumar filed a First Information Report (FIR) against the youth, accusing him of obstructing official government work and claiming that he (the BDO) sustained an eye injury during the scuffle. The injured youth is currently a B.Ed. student. His family has appealed to higher authorities, requesting a fair investigation into the injustice faced by the student. They have specifically urged officials to: • Review the CCTV footage installed in the office to uncover the truth. • Take strict action against the BDO for the alleged assault.
