$TE all eyes this April...FULL 'financial closure' according to mgmt, means, the offtake agreement must be huge, solves cash balance, a new, multi gw deal they can use that contract to secure low int. debt = closes the $350M gap w/out dilution..in line w/ mgmt has been saying.

$TE IMO... those bulls that left w/ their super 'conviction' ...will re-enter. Look at the volume (34 million) IMO the drop was not driven by tutes if it was , vol would be MUCH higher, if anything LT tutes added more on the dip
