@mpbcom MPB’s customer service is TERRIBLE. I bought a Sony AR7II w/ extended warranty. It stopped working the first time I took it out to use it. I sent it back; they won’t fix or replace it. I have been waiting forever for a refund. MPB won’t even give me an ETA.

Bought an 'excellent' quality Canon battery from @mpbcom and it doesn't even work 🤨 constantly 'charges' but feeds no power to my camera....

Words cannot express the deep disappointment I've had when ordering a camera on @mpbcom not only does my express shipping arrive late (i loathe FedEx) but this "quick easy and secure" camera shop sent me the wrong camera! Yall ain't heard the last of my rants.

@mpbcom Not impressed by service today. Ad states ‘We always photograph each unique item, so this is the exact product you’ll receive’. Lens hood in pic but not listed. Now being told that it will be price adjusted and they will not honour advertised price!! Beware!!

@mpbcom your site never works. Every time I want to sell or trade camera gear I normally come to you first but I’ve never managed to sell or trade anything. The site just never works. I fill everything in press get a quote and nothing happens. So I end up go elsewhere. 🤔👎
