Nothing works until you have clarity. Without clarity on what to do, how to do it, where to go next... You are stuck. You can't act. Zero momentum. And if you force it, you find yourself in a worse place. I have found myself in this situation many times. So, what do I do when I find myself lacking clarity? (1) I start by saying a little prayer to get clarity. (2) Detach from cheap dopamine sources for a while - social media especially. (3) Next, I bring out my pad and pen and I start by writing down all the concerns I have, where I am at the moment, and the exact outcomes I want. This part usually takes a while and it usually works or at least solves majority of the problem. That is because writing things down actually helps you declutter a lot of the images and thoughts roaming around in your mind. When you write things down like this, you can filter out the things that are important etc (4) The next thing I do IF step 2 is not enough is to go for a walk with only my phone to jot down things. But this is not the type of walk where you have music blasting or where you are listening to audios. You won't be listening to anything. You just walk and think. Let your brain roam free. That is all. Don't do this before step 2 though. (5) If all of the above still don't work, then it is time for you to get some help from someone else. This can be someone superior to you or a trusted friend or colleague. The reason is because sometimes, there are things we just won't see or ideas we just won't get on our own. Probably because you are close to it or you are too far from it. It happens. For example, my friend Ronald was telling me about a meeting he had with a business man doing Billions of Naira a year. He had a particular problem where work piled up for them on Monday because none of his staff worked on Sunday. Then Ronald told him to simply activate Muslim staffs for Sundays and give them Fridays off. As simple as that solution is, you would think someone doing Billions of Naira would know it. But it was too close to him. I also did a clarity session for an info marketer a few months ago and helped him identify the ONE thing that was blocking him from scaling up his campaign. Anyway... Both aren't easy I'll advise that you engage God through prayers and bible study, quietly look inwards and point out what your personality can do and can withstand even during difficult times.HYG?

A healthy routine can change your entire mood. The little things matter more than we think. Sleeping on time. Drinking enough water. Taking breaks. Eating properly. Praying. Working out. Staying away from unnecessary negativity. You may not notice it immediately, but your mind and body respond to how you treat yourself daily. A peaceful routine creates a peaceful mind.

This is why I never joke with positive mornings anymore. I notice the days I wake up grateful and calm usually go way better than the days I mount on pressure from the moment my eyes open. This little mindset shift changes how Tuesday goes. May today bring us good news, blessings and protection to put smiles on our faces❤️
