A boy and his father were walking in the mountains. Suddenly the son falls, hurts himself and screams: " AAAhhhhhhhhhh!!" To his surprise, he hears a voice repeating , somewhere on the mountain: "AAAHhhhh". Curious, he yells: " Who are you?" He receives the answer "who are you?" Angered at the response, he screams " Coward". He receives the answer ,"Coward". He looks at his father and asks , " What is going on?" The father smiles and says " My son pay attention". And the boy screams to the mountain: " I admire you!" The voice answers: "I admire you" Again the boy screams " You are a champion!" The voice retorts " You are champion!" The boy is surprised but does not understand. Then the father explains: " Son , People call this ECHO, but really this is Life. It gives you back everything you say or do. Our life is simply a reflection of our actions. Life will give you back everything you have given to it. Your life is not a coincidence: It's a reflection of you. If you will like to know who is responsible for the majority of your troubles, take a look in the mirror. If you could kick the person responsible for most of your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit down for three weeks. It's time to stay out of our own way. There is little that can withstand a man who can conquer himself. Finally, our business in life is not to get ahead of others, but to get ahead of ourselves, to break our own records, to outstrip our yesterday by our today, to do our work with more force than ever before. Our best friends and worst enemies are the thoughts we have about ourselves. Reason why the Bible say in the book of Proverbs Ch 23 vs 7. "As a man thinks within himself, so he is". This is very relatable to me rn. Toggling between digital marketing and japa . Because my business collapsed 2024 and last year I tried to get back up but there's too much noise in the Head. Now I feel stucked, learnt digital marketing but not enough practical work, Japa is on my mind but no funds , just hoping on promises from some people. Time is going and all that.. .In all of these man still have to look for a way to survive daily.

Nothing works until you have clarity. Without clarity on what to do, how to do it, where to go next... You are stuck. You can't act. Zero momentum. And if you force it, you find yourself in a worse place. I have found myself in this situation many times. So, what do I do when I find myself lacking clarity? (1) I start by saying a little prayer to get clarity. (2) Detach from cheap dopamine sources for a while - social media especially. (3) Next, I bring out my pad and pen and I start by writing down all the concerns I have, where I am at the moment, and the exact outcomes I want. This part usually takes a while and it usually works or at least solves majority of the problem. That is because writing things down actually helps you declutter a lot of the images and thoughts roaming around in your mind. When you write things down like this, you can filter out the things that are important etc (4) The next thing I do IF step 2 is not enough is to go for a walk with only my phone to jot down things. But this is not the type of walk where you have music blasting or where you are listening to audios. You won't be listening to anything. You just walk and think. Let your brain roam free. That is all. Don't do this before step 2 though. (5) If all of the above still don't work, then it is time for you to get some help from someone else. This can be someone superior to you or a trusted friend or colleague. The reason is because sometimes, there are things we just won't see or ideas we just won't get on our own. Probably because you are close to it or you are too far from it. It happens. For example, my friend Ronald was telling me about a meeting he had with a business man doing Billions of Naira a year. He had a particular problem where work piled up for them on Monday because none of his staff worked on Sunday. Then Ronald told him to simply activate Muslim staffs for Sundays and give them Fridays off. As simple as that solution is, you would think someone doing Billions of Naira would know it. But it was too close to him. I also did a clarity session for an info marketer a few months ago and helped him identify the ONE thing that was blocking him from scaling up his campaign. Anyway... In Delta State, residents of the Adeje community apprehended this man. What did they say he did? He ended the life of his child because, according to him, the child ate too much. Take a moment and think about this. Because of food, rice, etc. There is no justification for this act. I can't blame APC or anybody; this is squarely on the man and he got a good beating. What sort of frustration would make you do this? I assume his intention might have been to inflict pain, but it ended badly. Our society is in tears. Hunger is turning people into beasts.
