I’ve slowed footage. NB suspect bends arms up into chest & not incapacitated. Taser failed. As man assists, knife is held & head upright, he is holding wrist but knife shoots up & connects officers wrist & backs off, man secures elbow with difficulty suggesting suspect resisting

@WestminLegal @ZackPolanski The Commissioner's primary role is public safety. He has a duty of care to the public first and his officers second. Polanski's retweet could be viewed as increasing racial tension and as a crime prevention measure, the Commissioner sent him a letter.

@Terry94023972 @RokerReport Interesting fact (or not!). In order to encourage more attacking play and goals a white line extended across the 18yd line to the touchline. You could only be offside inside the white line. So Tueart and Hughes just hugged that line. It was more exciting but never caught on.

Met should have checked with a doctor first. As a constable, I always carried a doctor in my go-bag. As a sergeant, I carried a social worker and a mental health nurse, too. It was a little crowded, but very useful.

He is tasered and on the ground. Why was it necessary to keep kicking him in the head? Can a doctor say what harm these kicks would cause? We'll never find out why he did it or who had put him up to it, if the police kick his brains in.

Honestly think Grealish gets a very, very harsh rap at times. Always comes across as a genuine and easy-to-like bloke. Doesn’t strike me as a poor character at all.

@murf5573 @crepycidon @Bikery1966 @MrChilliTech There waa a good 3 inches of tarmac i was fine and safe. Cars could overtake me without crossing the centreline whilst leaving me a decent gap..We can all play nicely and share the roads safely if we ALL make the effort 😀
