CKDx: Simplicity matters, implementation is key academic.oup.com/ndt/article/do… At this stage, it's all about widespread adoption of a simple concept: we do not always know the diagnosis in kidney disease. Reporting diagnostic steps in a simple manner enables us to go the next step.

CKDx-r/e/t is the same: r0 e0 t1 just records “no deep work-up yet” and nudges us to escalate—our analogue of moving a case from G3A3 → G3A1.
