My personal opinion: A too sophisticated nomenclature may impair its implementation - keep it as simple as necessary

CKDx: Simplicity matters, implementation is key academic.oup.com/ndt/article/do… At this stage, it's all about widespread adoption of a simple concept: we do not always know the diagnosis in kidney disease. Reporting diagnostic steps in a simple manner enables us to go the next step.
