The north has been so much impoverished that they can't raise a finger. They're battling with bad governance, poverty, illiteracy and feudalism. They may not even have a reason to fight. The Northern people are not educated for a reason; to keep them in dark about realities. Imagine what Dan Bello, a private citizen did on Education, something no northern government had done nor replicated in recent time. The North is intentionally impoverished to be used.

@ChuksEricE Mbaka now want to re-tell the Goodluck story before our eyes. He specifically called Goodluck, Badluck and said that Buhari is a saviour. Now he's talking about Jega and advising Goodluck. Nigerians shouldn't subscribe to short memory.

"Former President Goodluck Jonathan's case is different. He decided to fåil. I told him what to do to win the election, but he refused. Mbaka over remarks made in a recent video concerning the kidn@pp£d schoolchildren and teachers in Oyo State. The criticism also led to the resurfacing of old videos in which he spoke against former President Goodluck Jonathan.

@ChuksEricE Now look at where we are. We now close our schools because we no longer believe the government can secure our schools, pupils and students. The citadel of learning and every citizen of this country is facing an existential threat to life.

Even if they k+dnap all of, there will still be no space for them in Aso Rock — Gov. Okpebholo tells Tinubu’s oppositions Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has accused opposition figures of sponsoring insecurity across the country in a bid to discredit President Bola Tinubu’s administration ahead of the 2027 elections. Speaking on Tuesday during the flag-off of the All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign for the local government council elections in Edo South Senatorial District, Okpebholo alleged that the recent rise in insecurity was politically motivated. “There is no vacancy in Aso Rock. What is happening today is the handiwork of the opposition,” the governor declared. He further alleged that those behind the insecurity were attempting to create chaos to weaken support for the President but insisted their efforts would fail. “They have failed. Have they not failed? Is it by k+dnapping children? Then who are you going to govern? There will be nobody for you to govern. So let them give us peace so that we can rule well,” he said. In a dramatic remark, Okpebholo added, “They can even k+dnap all of us, yes, there is no vacancy in Aso Rock.” The governor argued that promoting insecurity would not secure political positions for the perpetrators, stressing that neither Senate seats, House of Representatives positions nor the presidency could be won through v+olence and instability. He also praised President Tinubu’s leadership, saying the administration had achieved more than previous governments and that the benefits of fuel subsidy removal were already visible through ongoing projects across Edo State.

Whereas bandits and terrorists are ransacking communities and occupying part of the Nigeria territory. The government don't want anyone to tell them they've failed. They want everyone to sheepishly count illusionary wins of their administration. This is wickedness of the highest level. A government that pride itself of saving democracy is now so antidemocratic. You cannot but wonder the kind of democracy they lied to have fought for.

Kenneth Okonkwo is now the king of propaganda and fake news. He better retracts his steps before he's consumed with legal cases. I really feel for him having to bear the brunt of dirt-washing someone he has spoken so good about. His job description isn't worth the pay he's getting.

Look at how the people questions are directed to are smiling. And asking the legislative committee a counter questions. Someone is whispering to the other's ear. The Senate has been taken for granted because they're seen as jokers. Look at how the US senate use to grill agencies and secretary as see how contrasting it is with ours. You're asked a question relating to funds and spending and you're laughing like a joke was cracked.

When are we going to bring them back home? While we commend the authorities for the rescue of former Minister of Power, Adelabu Adebayo's relatives, other kidn@pped children should also be brought home. The IMF has warned Nigeria to be careful about its plan to borrow $5 billion from First Abu Dhabi Bank in the UAE. The money is not a normal loan. It is coming through a more complicated financial arrangement, and the IMF says deals like this can sometimes have hidden risks because they are not always easy for people to understand. Nigeria says the money will help pay for government needs, support projects, and manage existing debts. But the IMF is warning that Nigeria should be careful because: * the agreement is complicated, * the full risks may not be obvious, * it could create problems in the future if not properly managed. CONCLUSION: Nigeria wants to borrow $5 billion to support the economy, but the IMF is saying, “Be very careful and make sure you fully understand the risks before entering this kind of deal.” 📺: @Reuters
