#easyjet i'm still waiting for a refund from February, got a voucher for another flight that was cancelled, but can only rebook on the phone and will be holding for hours @easyJet

@easyJet Well I have to wait 611 minute(s) for online chat. That's over 10 hours. Next time there is a mass cancellation expected get more staff in.
