I was just brutally assaulted by multiple people outside of the Whipple ICE facility in Minneapolis.

The reentry into RGGI will add a "Rider RGGI" fee to electricity bills, passed through by utilities like Dominion to ratepayers (as approved by the State Corporation Commission).
Previously (2021-2023), it added ~$4.40/month (~$53/year) to a typical residential bill of 1,000 kWh. Auction prices have risen from ~$15/ton to ~$27/ton, so the new fee—expected in Dominion's June 2026 filing—could be $8-13/month ($100-160/year) per average household, based on $500M+ statewide cost estimates from multiple analyses. Exact amount depends on usage and final auctions. Revenues fund efficiency programs and flood mitigation, but the direct fee is the added line item on bills.
