Afternoon @runningpunks 8 miles for today's #vrc and the 1st week over 25 miles for a while, as I try and sensibly build up fitness again. After ditching the Hokas, touch wood this winter is the first in 2 years I've not had an injury from doing mostly roads instead of trails🤞

Hey @runningpunks PeakPunks8 definitely still on! It's like Narnia out there! Route checked this morning about 1cm of soft snow gave plenty of grip, no ice, not slippy, sunny. You will kick yourself if you don't come 🙂 Totally runnable. Roads are all clear and freshly gritted.
