@pilotproject320 @DublinAirport I'd besurprised if 'pink jacket guy' was a Border Management Unit officer who could use the eGates. You'd need 2 officers to monitor 10 eGates. If they only had 4-5 "bodies", that's 40-50% of available staff, assuming one isn't a manager with other duties.

Hey @DublinAirport it would be great if these were working at 01:45 when half a dozen flights land at the same time and hundreds of people trying to clear passport control. Guy with the pink jacket last night was great but why not have these open and working ?
