@derekryan2026 @jamesfahey15 RTE in general has less and less relevance. Most viewers are Baby boomer Generation. Some Gen X continue to watch , but Millennial viewership is tiny and Gen Z RTE viewers are non existent.

@jamesfahey15 Gay Byrne for example would have brought the Burke's on. He would have filled the audience with NGOs and the drama would have been off the charts. Ratings would have been high . Modern late late : play it safe , only bring on woke progressive far left boring clowns

Late Late show finishes tonight and good riddance. It has long ceased to be an entertainment show only the same tired old guests they keep bringing on time after time. I don’t think anyone can revive it to the good old days.

The end of an era… Work has started on the removal of the concrete fins on the outside of Terminal 1. This first phase will see the fins removed from the south eastern corner of T1. Their removal will allow for the installation of a more modern and energy efficient glass and solid panel facade around the entire terminal. ✈️

@rfwalsh86 @DublinAirport thinks it’s a good airport but it’s sub par. Lack of public transit is atrocious, taxis are a disaster. The public toilets are filthy mostly. But they think they’re great because they have that lad in the security lanes in T1 who whistles and sings to people.

Exactly the type of response to something like this from Dublin Airport 🤷‍♂️ I've been through my fair share of airports over the years & in terms of overall experience Dublin is down near the bottom in almost every aspect. Public transport, parking, food offerings, prices, etc
