Are you having your second VA do essentially the same job as your first VA? Or are you giving each of them their own responsibilities? I just hired a second VA who’s now managing all sales related activities, and the first is managing ops, but I’m thinking it might be better to just have both of them do the same thing

Seeing the systems I’ve put in place, actually working is the most rewarding feeling I’ve felt in this business. Spent a ton of time building our CRM, video & written SOP’s, etc. Both of my VAs working a full day (new ones shadowing the other), and seeing things just work is so rewarding.

@pontodotdev @MrWilliamY @thesharks21m I think I copied your tweet and thats how I got to $20 per lead. Leads are just already relatively cheap here like $30-$40 normally so 🤷‍♂️ + I never get a ton of LSA leads anyway despite budget being max

@cyrusfba @MrWilliamY @thesharks21m I’m also at a max bid of $20 and we get about 1 lead per day, if we let Google set the price we’re around $50-$60 per lead, but we do get way more at the higher budget

@MrWilliamY @thesharks21m It’s pretty low unfortunately. I’ve only ever gotten like 15 LSA calls per month and it’s still about the same. Maybe I need to update our listing or something idk what all I can do to optimize it 🤷‍♂️

The most niche thing I’m looking for help on is guidance on sales tax in New York. I think there are exceptions where commercial cleaning customers don’t need to pay sales tax if the contract is a certain length, so I think we might be overpaying, and I’d like to talk to an expert who could help with that Other than that, looking for help on quarterly taxes and potentially filing as an S-Corp

@pontodotdev I had a low cost VA working on something unrelated and after our call I’m going to move him to strictly hiring pipeline managaement. Monitor indeed, contact applicants, push them into online application, automated slack when one finishes the flow

@CarlisleCFO You'd think that, but with $60/day we got way worse applicants and paid way more. Also, our cost per applicant almost doubled, so I'm curious if that trend will continue with even lower budgets
