नोएडा में छोटी–बड़ी हजारों फैक्ट्रियां हैं। शिफ्टवार ड्यूटी चलती है। यहां मजदूरों को औसत वेतन 10–15 हजार रुपए मिलता है। इसके सापेक्ष NCR में घर बनाने वाले मजदूर को 700 रुपए रोजाना मिलते हैं। यानि महीने का 21 हजार रुपया। फैक्ट्री मजदूर कई दिन से प्रोटेस्ट कर रहे थे। आज हिंसक हो गया। कई गाड़ियां जला दी गई हैं। कई कंपनियों के बाहर तोड़फोड़ हुई है। मजदूर चाहते हैं कि उन्हें न्यूनतम सैलरी 20 हजार रुपया मिले।
