@omfgitstabitha Yikes! Seasonal depression is no joke, but what used to help my partner was vitamin D pills! They can alleviate some of the symptoms associated with not enough sunlight.. Which isn’t a treatment, but it does make things more bearable

It's been dark and almost rainy and my husband is getting weird depression and like... Zoning out of reality for hours. He usually doesn't do this. And I told him he might be experiencing seasonal depression. He is concerned about himself which means it must be bad
