Nigga, what? Drake is the only rapper who has battled multiple times. There's a reason people go at him and not anyone else. No, lyrically Duppie killed Pusha T and Family Matters bodied Kendrick. Jay-Z himself doesn’t look at anybody else’s as competition besides Drake. Everybody else, he looks at them as workers that includes Kendrick.

No tf it’s not, these labels salivated over that beef are you kidding me? Pre-beef it was the exact same way it was now. There literally only 3 dudes people care about dropping. Drake, Kendrick and J. Cole. The rest are nowhere near anticipated or their legacy acts like The Clipse. The genre isn’t tearing itself apart there’s no new pipeline of artists. You act like this is the first beef ever. Jay vs Nas. Arguably more toxic than Drake vs Kendrick. Post battle Eminem, The Game emerged, 50 cent, young Jeezy, TI, lil Wayne, I mean the list is endless. The genre went from 50+ major artists dropping in a calendar year to 3-5.
