@realmrrip Mike is the heart of this team. The only player more important than him to this team is Tristan.

The Glazers have nobody to blame but themselves if this team heads to a full blown rebuild. Last year was not promoting Coen after Todd's defense was terrible and he had a Top 4 offense. This year was retaining Todd after the season collapse, resulting in losing the greatest offensive player in team history. Next year? It would be giving Baker 60 million and Yaya 25 million while our team is filled with expensive veterans who strap out ability to get younger and cheaper.

This is a super salient point. Todd Bowles is getting the brunt right now but it’s deeper than just who is HC. Look at the NFLPA report cards with failing grades on things like facilities. Lack of accountability. I’d imagine it’s seen as institutional rather than one guy.

@JoeA_NFL Mcdaniel a good Head coach? Same regular season record as bowles.. 0-2 in the playoffs. With alot of talent.. and this guy completely lost the locker 2 years ago. Come on man. Bucs arent the only team not to offer mcdaniel a HC job. His best option to be a HC was the browns

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are really mad at Liam Coen and Mike McDaniel because they couldn't convince these two GOOD head coaches to take an OC job under the worst HC in football. "We were so close! They left us at the altar!" So give them the fucking HC job.

Jon Gruden, (with Andy Reid) coached under Mike Homrgrim, who coached under Bill Walsh. Mike Shannahan coach under George Siefert who coached under Bill Walsh. Sean McVay was hired as a head coach after he coached under Mike Shannahan in DC, with , Kyle, Mike & Matt. All of these coaches stem from Bill Walsh the Kevin Bacon of coaching. @realmrrip @CornellNFL All these guys come from Mike Shannahan’s (who came from Bill Walsh’s Tree) coaching tree. Sean McVay Kyle Shanahan’s, Matt LaFleur, Mike McDaniel, McVay & Kyle’s tree, Zack Taylor, Kevin O'Connell Liam Coen, Klint Kubiak. If you need an OC, this is where you start.
