This is why my (empirically correct) position on these “No Kings” protests isn’t to stay home because they are cringe and useless but to go to them with a table and clipboard and intervene to grab the libs who are willing to get off their couch and looking for some direction and get them plugged in to an actual org that has purpose and goals. Otherwise they’ll just keep doing these and wondering why nothing changes.
