@ilyTranquila @GuraGem Animation budgets are about paying a whole team and meeting deadlines. Indie animators can spend a lot of time polishing a short clip, but TV productions have tight schedules. The budget mostly affects time, manpower, and production quality - not the software itself.

@GuraGem Can someone explain “Animation budgets” to me, cause there’s indie animators that use regular software like procreate and make decent quality animations, and the app is $12 not including brush sets.
