Kjære promo-avdeling i NRK: skal dere reklamere for Førstegangstjenesten er det fint om dere lager en radiovennlig promo, ikke bare kjører tv-varianten som er visuelt klippet. Bruk samtalene, bruk karakterenes catchphrases.
Og husk å justér lyden til radiofrekvenser.

First recorded Covid19 case comes just as @WFPYemen says it will halve aid to some Houthi-controlled areas due to a funding crisis. Some donors have stopped aid over Houthi obstructions - the US being one of them. WFP feeds 12 million Yemenis 80% are in Houthis territory.

Sultan Qaboos appointed a Prime Minister in 1970-71 (his uncle, Tariq bin Taimur) and married (briefly) in 1976 but did not have issue. It is the sons of Tariq bin Taimur who are often spoken of as possible successors to Sultan Qaboos.

People in Sana’a and other cities are dying because of the Virus H1N1 and another unknown Virus/pathogenic organism. 2 Doctors told me that they have witnessed dozens of death cases in a few days. Many hospitals are refusing to receive patients. An action should be done. #Yemen

Thread on what happened today: Today at 1:30 pm nine plainclothes security forces entered the Mada Masr office by force. They immediately began confiscating everybody’s laptops and phones. When asked who they were, they aggressively refused to answer.

While the Houthis are happy to take credit for attacks on Saudi, there is also this... and only days will tell. These attacks seem too sophisticated for the Houthis.

@JasonMBrodsky Drone attack on Saudi Aramco facility 300m from Iraq & 540m from Yemen. Armed-drone 600m max range - tactic is to use drone 2/3 max range for higher probability of success. Not the first time Houthis have taken credit for launch from Iraq to mask new IRGC front against KSA.

We asked 4000 people across Yemen, and those in areas held by Ansarallah are more pessimistic than those elsewhere. In fact, approx 75 percent (as opposed to 25%) living under Ansarallah say their situation is bad.
