Randy Corrigan, 61, was working at the store on Saturday when he tried to stop Christian Bryant, 22, from entering with a firearm
Court documents say Bryant, a truck driver from Fort Worth, was seen approaching the store with what appeared to be a gun with a drum magazine in his pocket
Witnesses say Bryant pulled out a handgun, while Corrigan pulled a pocket knife
Police say Bryant fired at Corrigan, who fell to the ground, then continued shooting several more times
Corrigan was taken to the hospital and later pronounced dead

NEW: Woman screams "I love you" and has to be helped out of prison after her husband was executed in Texas for killing two people.
James Broadnax's wife, British law graduate Tiana Krasniqi, reportedly screamed and banged against the window as he was executed.
She reportedly began a relationship with Broadnax after writing to him while he was in prison.
Krasniqi claims her husband, whom she married just a few weeks ago, did not commit the crimes; however, prosecutors say he admitted to the killings in jailhouse interviews.
Broadnax was convicted of killing two men during a robbery in Dallas, Texas, in 2008.
"They killed my husband," Krasniqi said.
"My husband suffered so bad from the lethal injection that he had a nosebleed and bruising on his neck. The families laughed as they watched. Is that justice?"
She is now threatening to "expose everyone."

🚨BREAKING UPDATE🚨: The Richardson Police Department has arrested two individuals in connection with the shooting that occurred on March 19 at a Waffle House in Richardson, Texas.
Two suspects, identified as 18-year-old Taylor Griffin of Anna, Texas, and 17-year-old Charles Webster of Anna, Texas, were taken into custody today, March 26, 2026. Both have been charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
Investigators believe both individuals participated in the events leading up to and during the shooting. Detectives believe the incident began as a conflict between two groups, which escalated when multiple individuals drew handguns and fired their weapons.
The investigation remains ongoing, and additional arrests are anticipated.
Seth Jackson, who was caught in the crossfire, is now permanently paralyzed and has undergone multiple surgeries. He is still in intensive care in the hospital.

A shooting occurred on March 19 at a Waffle House in Richardson. 18-year-old Seth Jackson is currently fighting for his life at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. I have requested records from the police department and have spoken with several individuals involved. According to my sources, Seth was not the intended target but was caught in the crossfire after getting off work late and deciding to get a bite to eat. He was hanging out with friends when multiple masked individuals arrived and began firing. A bullet reportedly went through Seth’s chest and spine. I am also being told that Richardson Police have not interviewed even a quarter of the witnesses who were inside the Waffle House that day. He is now permanently paralyzed and has undergone multiple surgeries. He is facing serious, life-threatening complications and is still fighting for his life. Richardson Police released a statement claiming that the victim was in stable condition and that “detectives were investigating.” The victim is NOT in stable condition. There have been NO arrests. It has been six days. Six days - and aside from a brief social media statement by police, the media remains silent while the shooter is still free and Seth is fighting for his life. Seth’s family have a fundraiser. I will link it in the comments. I think we all know why the media is being silent.
