@stujames75 Absolutely. The likes of Fatawu are going to the very top, but clubs manage to find these players while our hit-rate is fairly poor. Genuinely can’t remember the last time we had wingers of this quality. Dan James maybe. Before then we’re looking at Dyer!

@robblake13 Think those wingers are way out of our reach, Rob, tbf. That's why I highlighted players such as Thomas at Stoke, Johnston at WBA, Mehmeti at Bristol City – there are plenty of others in the Championship too. Add five or six goals and assists and, yes, it's a game-changer for us.

Matos also likes to adopt a 4-3-3 but I'm sure he'll quickly fix the massive issues within Sheehan's set up. Shorten the distances between lines/players, not create a huge empty space through the middle in possession and play with a much higher intensity and energy.
