Glad I participated in the @BeyondScale_EU event. I learned a lot. 2 takeaways: strong agreement that HEIs' collaboration agenda has a regional dimension (#placeresponsiveness); institutional efforts will be lost like "tears in rain" if regulatory framework don't evolve as well.
