@virginmedia I assume you would take false advertising seriously, and would want to take steps to make sure that others weren't targeted as I was. I expect someone from Head office to contact me and explain how VM is taking steps to make sure such an error won't happen again.

@virginmedia Got scammed by your refer friend scheme. Was called by your team after I started closing my account about referring the new tenant. Was re-assured I would be paid the £50 even if my account was closed...now I am finding out that is not the case?

@virginmedia Who will be contacting me to explain how people are chosen to receive personalised calls regarding the refer a friend scheme and how it is ensured that they have not already expressly contacted VM to close their account? How will you prevent this from happening again?

@virginmedia I asked Jaye Downes about this specifically on the 31 Jan, I trusted your staff to help me understand what are complex T&Cs. Also - Virgin contacted me about this scheme because I told them my account was closing. Why would you do this if it was in your own T&Cs?

@virginmedia I asked about this specifically when I was contacted about the scheme, and then again when I called at the end of the month. Why was I lied to? I will actively be discouraging friends to take your services after this!

@Selfridges @BobbiBrown - Went for a Wedding Makeup Tutorial at the Oxford Street shop on Saturday. Clemmie was AMAZING! I have never felt so comfortable in makeup, everyone complemented me all day. Will be back soon!
