It’s worth noting that the Kings do not have a 5-on-5 goal this series and in 54 minutes of ES time last night, couldn’t even muster up 1 expected goal (.89).
It’s a different style, but it’s still effective.

This isnt meant to be a slight on MacKinnon or the Avs. But what Connor McDavid, Draisaitl, Bouchard did to LA for 4 years was on a level just so much higher.

1) MacKINNON had 'perfect' season (+58 at 5v5, Rocket, led wire-to-wire best team)
2) McDAVID = brilliant. But PP dominance (52 PTS) & heavy ice time hid 30th place in 5v5 PTS/60
3) KUCHEROV wins almost any other year
