@CoxsackieB @papana_org No speciality is easy to match these days. Psychiatry has become competitive and PDs need psychiatry focused resume.

Alhamodillah, we have 22 incoming Pakistani Psychiatry residents as PGY I, and one matched into PGY II Psych position. Two Pakistani candidates matched directly into child and adolescent psych fellowship. Kudos to @papana_org team. Speaks to efforts of mentors and community

Slowly losing hope for #Match2023. I went unmatched last year, I was heartbroken, but didn’t give up, I did rotations, got new letters, did research, presented posters, doing everything I can, this year match season it’s just not fair. Don’t know where to find hope now
