Damar Hamlin has been a passionate advocate for youth heart health through his involvement with the Smart Heart Sports Coalition and the AEDs for Youth program, a new national program that offers AEDs to schools and youth sports programs at significant discounts. The coalition aims to implement life-saving policies in schools nationwide, including emergency action plans, CPR and AED training for coaches, and accessible defibrillators at athletic venues.
