What if none of the above criteria fit, because the actor is NU and either can't fill out another TH, or doesn't want to join the union. so far my understanding is that this means they cannot be hired?

@LenxLee @alyanivania and the answer to that is gray. yes, they’ve handled their dues this year. or yes, they can work, they’re fi-core or yes, they’re non union but we will fill out the TH or yes, they live in a RTW state. it can be all kinds of things

i see a lot of people afraid that “the union” is an obstacle to overcome- like a predatory, evil org designed to hold creatives hostage and make work unattainable. i wanna try and untangle some of that.

@Trippywrldshi @davimachaado @TheSims @TheSimsDirect sims don't have "private parts" (or even nipples for feminine sims) without CC or mods; If you have a default skin replacer or certain mods, those can add them, but otherwise all sims are like barbie dolls :)
