@InSimHub Hey there, we're balancing working on both, but the bigger issues take longer to resolve than the smaller ones. Our May update is tacking bigger areas of feedback around Sim autonomy and bugs with Infants, and that was directly responding to what we've been hearing!

@DeeliciousSims @DSpy2421 Heya! So the black/blank photos issue is a symptom of different bugs, it's not the same bug reocurring. Our May Base Game update contains 6 fixes for different causes of this issue, which is all currently known causes. Look for more in the Laundry List next week!

@DSpy2421 @TheSimsDirect It’s tagged as “upcoming fix”. MAYBE it will be fixed in the update in May. Probably not though, considering it’s been “fixed” 2-3 times this year.

@TheSims Can y’all fix the console issues! Anytime I get on I get on the DLC pop ups each time and I have swipe out of every pack I own… the gallery is very laggy too. 😭🙏🏽

Simmers, There's a Base Game update tomorrow, April 28 to resolve recent issues including new content popups on Console & Gallery sorting. Players on Xbox & PlayStation will see a larger download due to the systems being updated; this will not impact the game's overall size.

@TheSimsDirect @LunarrRoses You guys have said you’ve identified issues and working on fixes but we’ve haven’t heard any updates on said fixes. The last update was in 2025 with 30+ issues identified. I think people would really appreciate a timeline on when we can expect these fixes and what the status is.

The main focus should be fixing For Rent and other save breaking bugs 😒
