Your wallet is definitely misconfigured. There's issues that came to my attention in the @phantom wallet community, in regards to your balance reflecting improperly from the amount of Solana tokens held within your wallet. Did some digging, and found it's an issue with the sun. The solar flares cause something on your end called a "Single-event upset", which essentially disrupts the wallet balance for you only, despite showing a proper balance on-chain. This is actually more common than you think, but it's the root cause of why your balance is improperly reflected in USD (only showing $103.4K, not $29.3M), as well as why it's missing a few commas in the token balance. Nevertheless, I've sent dozens of emails & complaints to Phantom about this issue in hopes of pushing an update soon. My best recommendation is to just reinstall the phantom wallet, since clearly there's something wrong with their wallet, not with your tokens.
