By this time last year, I went 21 days without food, just water, sea salt for electrolytes, and a daily tablet of magnesium glycinate plus potassium supplements. It was the toughest feat of my life, achieved by only 0.01% of the world population. It was very challenging, and I still remember it like it was yesterday.
