Absolute chaos for @SouthwestAir at DCA. 5 flights on 1 tiny baggage claim, luggage piling up as it goes around and the baggage personnel hiding in their office. Passengers had to climb on the claim to get luggage or yell out people’s names to come get their bags.

@nathanwarmes The walk from the train to end of Terminal C is a pain in the but already. I don’t want to have to walk across the runways too! They need to have some trains dedicated to A Gates only. By the time the train gets to A it’s like a sardine can of people.
