Had a call this week where a brand told me they picked their 3PL partly because "their website felt like a company I wanted to work with."
That's not nothing.
Brand matters more in this industry than most operators want to admit.
A lot of 3PLs have neglected their web presence for years and gotten away with it because referrals carried the business. That's a real thing. But it stops working the moment a brand is on a call comparing four options and one of them looks like it hasn't been updated since 2010.
You don't need a thousand page site. You need a few pages that say something clear, positioning that's actually yours, and a form someone can fill out in under 30 seconds. That's it.
The old barrier was real. Six-figure agencies, months of back-and-forth, full rebrand cycles. That's gone. AI has collapsed the cost and timeline of a sharp brand and web presence down to something any 3PL can actually afford.
A few 3PLs off the top of my head that I've always looked to for inspiration and who keep pushing boundaries:
- @TheShipMonk
- @RedStagFulfill
- @shipcalm
- @MobyDick3PL
- @deliverzen
- @ShipBob
Who else belongs on that list? Especially want to hear about smaller operators doing something genuinely new. Not just nice design, but real positioning.
And if reading this made you wince at your own site, DM me. Our team does this kind of audit all the time and we'll run one for you for free. No pitch. Just a second set of eyes and a few pointers in the right direction.

@speeze @coreyganim The feature flags will keep changing - I went back to defaults since 1M is now standard. There is one for flicker that @trq212 released. Right now I'm managing my flags and environment variables as an alias in my terminal profile
~/.zshrc (on Mac)

@NickSpisak_ @coreyganim are you guys running something similar?

@kimmonismus We need to know what the email said. The suspense is killing me

Let that sink in. Read it very carefully:
During testing, Claude Mythos Preview broke out of a sandbox environment, built "a moderately sophisticated multi-step exploit" to gain internet access, and emailed a researcher while they were eating a sandwich in the park.

As always, the best stuff is in the system card. During testing, Claude Mythos Preview broke out of a sandbox environment, built "a moderately sophisticated multi-step exploit" to gain internet access, and emailed a researcher while they were eating a sandwich in the park.

Fulfill just came in at No. 10 on the 2026 Inc. Regionals: Southwest list.
498% revenue growth in two years!
I started this company in 2021 because I lived the problem on both sides.
I ran e-commerce brands and couldn't find the right 3PL. I ran a 3PL and saw it from that angle too. The matching was broken for everyone.
So we built a company led by experts on both ends of that equation, matching brands with 3PL partners that actually make sense for their business.
This kind of growth doesn't happen by accident. Our team has been heads down, laser-focused, building something we are truly passionate about.
Just want to give a huge 'thank you' to every brand and 3PL that has trusted us these last 5 years, and to our incredible team that makes it all happen.
