last friday we deployed this AI agent that's running google search ads for a startup on the first day it generated 5 leads here's how it works we had the agent use the Ahrefs API to research bottom of funnel key was bid it really to the brand that are generic, not competitors etc then set up a conversion event for the phone number submission action, their funnel is entirely text message based then we created two campaigns that are optimizing for conversion maximization. stop overcomplicating google search ads its so easy just do this use keyword everywhere api or data for SEO api to find bottom of funnel generic keywords related to your brand create a conversion campaign targeting those keywords with the following settings with the following settings: ojective: conversion Google Search Network only, no display network bidding to Maximize conversions USA only, selected living there not interested in then set up a conversion event for the user action you want to optimize for based on the conversion event to create conversion event have a custom event push to data layer, and then create a trigger in google tag manager now for the campaigns testing and winners campagin structure phrase match the keywords in testing when a search term creates a conversion, move that keyword to exact match in winners you're basically prospecting for winning keywords if a keyword spends over x threshold with no conversion turn off and if you want me to deploy this exact marketing agent for your business more below

@codyschneider I’ve built the same thing you build but probably much much better just based on this post alone. Those are likely bottom of the barrel leads if you have been doing paid search campaigns for a while then you would understand why this is inherently a bad approach….
