I've spent my whole life trying to understand why Africa is the poorest region in the world. Low IQ. Malnutrition. Lack of education. Colonialism. Racism. Laziness.  I've heard every explanation. None of them made sense. If it’s colonialism, why was Ethiopia (never colonized) for a long time the poster child for African poverty? Why was Botswana, which was colonized, one of the best performers in Africa? And why is Singapore richer than its former colonizer? If it's lack of education, why are half of African university graduates unemployed? Why were math degrees from Eswatini raising chickens before we hired them to teach at our virtual school? The real answer is something nobody wants to talk about:

Christianity is one of the funniest mythologies I’ve ever read about, and I don’t get how people fail to see how irrational it is, bruh... They say heaven will be amazing because Jesus will be there and sin will be gone. But that idea creates a bigger problem than it solves. If a world without sin is possible, then why wasn’t that how everything started? Why create this world first, a world full of war, disease, rape, famine, natural disasters, and endless suffering, then promise a better one later? That doesn’t sound like a perfect plan. It sounds like fixing a mess that never needed to exist in the first place. Moreso if people in heaven can live without sin, then the free will excuse falls apart. Christians always say evil had to exist because humans need freedom to choose. But if heaven exists and people there are free yet sinless, then clearly a better system was always possible. So why put billions of people through pain first? Why create children only to let them be abused, starve, get cancer, or die young, then call heaven the reward afterward? To me, heaven sounds more like a coping story than divine wisdom. It tells people to accept the cruelty of this life because something better is waiting later. Suffer now, obey now, endure now, and maybe after death you’ll get the world that should have existed from the beginning. That’s not profound. That’s a cruel setup dressed as hope.
